How many designs do you have available? |

There are over 3000 designs now available for selection - many are complete and "ready to go" as is; and many that can be further personalized for your 'specific' use or organization.

How does this process work if I need to personalize? Do I see a proof? |

Absolutely, once you have inserted the text required to personalize the design you've chosen - you'll be able to verify then submit that design to our capable graphics department for modification. You'll then receive a finished art file normally within 24 hours for your
approval - if all is correct - you'll approve and submit with payment for production. That's all there is to it. |

How long do these designs take to be produced? Can I ask for rush service if needed? |

Most orders typically take 3 to 4 weeks from your order - or from final approval of the personalized design if that is your choice.
If your schedule demands faster service you should let us know when ordering - we would be happy to advise if our production scheduling will allow and what additional charges, if any, may apply. |

What metal is used to make these buckles? |

All designs are offered in Zinc metal for maximum strength and durability of your purchase. All buckles are available in gold, silver and copper finishes. |

What sizes of buckle are possible to buy? Only as shown on site? |

For your convenience, all "ready to go" designs are shown in the sizes most suitable to the aspect ratio of the original artwork - maximizing the relationship between its height and width. So yes, please select from one of the 'three' sizes offered on the website - or contact us to discuss 'custom' options available. |

How thick are your buckles? Can I request greater thickness? |

Our standard thickness is typically 1/8" thick - which in Zinc offers lots of strength while maintaining the aesthetic appearance of all designs. - Additional thickness can be requested for a nominal charge - contact us to learn more. |

Are all buckles flat or can I have mine curved - I notice some companies charge for curve? |

Most of our buckles come with a pleasing convex curve at no extra charge - we think this offers the most comfort and aesthetically pleasing look to our finished buckles, so we provide this additional service for your convenience.
However, there are some few circumstances where shape / diameter / color fill of a particular design may dictate that we leave the buckle flat for best results - but those designs are the exception. |

Can I add color to my buckle? |

You bet - We have a list of some of our standard colors, but we can get almost any color that you want. |

How big can the buckle be? |
| |
How big would you like it? Usually belt buckles are about 2 inches by 3 inches. However, we have made them 6 inches wide and even bigger. Keep in mind that if you are going to wear one that big, you better eat your Wheaties first as it will get pretty heavy. |

Can I get just one piece made? |
| |
Well, because we do offer custom services - we can offer individual or low volume of pieces in some manner - but the more you buy, the less the price is per piece. You may be surprised as to how quickly the price drops if you get a couple of friends together to place an order!
If you truly need one or a few of any particular design - you're best to send us an email with the item # from our website of which design you prefer. One of the customer service representatives from our custom websites will advise you of your options normally within 1 business day. |
